Due to recent project wins in the Water Resources, Transport and Advisory Markets we are growing our team. In this position you will play an integral part in an ANZ team of highly skilled water specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients.
Conduct hydrological and hydraulic investigations and design for a wide range of projects through collaboration with other hydrology and hydraulics teams, drainage teams, dam teams and water resources advisory teams.
Provide leadership in a growing capability within ANZ Water Resources team through the development of hydrology and hydraulic models in line with scope requirements
Delivers flood assessments on major Transport/Land/Water infrastructure/Dams projects across VIC/SA
Collaborate across disciplines internally and externally with clients and public authorities to address technical queries and drive an optimum engineering solution.
What we are looking for:
Proficiency in TUFLOW and RORB required
Proficiency in GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS or MapInfo
Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate information and modelling results
Strong understanding of Australian Rainfall and Runoff 2019
Water balance modelling and WSUD skills would be favourable
A relevant technical qualification in Engineering and a chartered status would be preferable.
