The Role
Make a difference in our community! 

Join a high performing and professional team with responsibility for the delivery of $20M of road and transport infrastructure projects, including drainage and share paths.   You will be part of a team to ensure the civil engineering assets are designed and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner, using the latest sustainable practices.

About you
You have:

  • significant experience in the planning, design and delivery of civil works in a local government or community context.
  • significant knowledge of civil engineering design and construction practices including relevant industry codes, standards and guidelines.
  • significant experience in the tendering, contract management and project management from inception to commissioning.
  • a passion for exploring and adopting sustainable products, methods and practices to continuously improve outcomes for the community
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering including registration as a Professional Engineer in accordance with the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence
