We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to take the reins on supervising and approving design documentation and training and mentoring our staff in effective and efficient production of best practice design documentation.

You will enthusiastically embrace change, while helping others to do the same by applying skills that motivate, inspire, and foster a team environment. Achieving this by using your innovative, consultative, and flexible approach and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for an engineering professional with a proven track record in designing Australian road and drainage projects. You'll need a solid understanding of compliance, risk minimisation and the environment in which a council operates and be looking for a chance to share your knowledge and help guide a driven team. In addition, you need to be highly proficient in the use of Autodesk Civil 3D.

This is a 3 year fixed term contract offering a great salary package $115,000 negotiable, dependent on experience.
