Postdoctoral Fellowship in Terahertz Metasurfaces for Wireless Communications and Sensing
CSIRO Early Research Career (CERC) Postdoctoral Fellowships provide opportunities to scientists and engineers who have completed their doctorate and have less than three years of relevant postdoctoral work experience. These fellowships aim to develop the next generation of future leaders of the innovation system.
In this position you will undertake research in Terahertz Metasurface Devices for Wireless Communications and Sensing.
As the successful candidate you will work with world-leading scientists and design novel millimetre and terahertz reconfigurable, electronically tuneable devices based on metasurface structures or metamaterials. You will develop signal processing methods and algorithms to operate and control the metasurface devices as well as apply the devices to wireless communication and sensing systems.
Location: Lindfield, NSW
Salary: AU$86k – AU$94k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
