The Role

Make a difference in our community!

Join a high performing and professional team with direct responsibility for the project management of a range of community facilities, including the design and construction phases. Projects will range from the upgrade of existing buildings to new community facilities. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for delivering a range of community facilities in a fast growth municipality.

 About you
You Have:

  • Experience in the planning, design and delivery of community buildings and facilities in a local government or community context
  • Knowledge of engineering design and construction practices including relevant industry codes, standards and guidelines.
  • Experience in the tendering, contract management and project management of community facilities from inception to commissioning.
  • A passion for exploring and adopting sustainable products, methods and practices to continuously improve outcomes for the community
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in either architecture, civil or building engineering or relevant discipline
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence
