Project Engineer, Civil Assets (12 months temporary)

Reporting to the Civil Assets Program Leader, the Project Engineer, Civil Assets undertakes feasibilities, risk assessments and briefs for civil projects in response to requests received from Councilors and residents that then inform annual Asset Work Programs in line with the relevant Asset Management Plan.

The role also provides support to Civil Assets team in the management of consultants and contractors engaged to inform or construct the detailed requirements of Civil Projects, particularly Landslips, Bridges and Retaining Wall projects. 

You are an experienced Engineer with demonstrated technical experience in civil infrastructure projects. You are a collaborator, comfortable working across an organisation and its internal and external stakeholders. You are experienced in working with a Project Management Office (PMO) and risk focused delivery framework. You are also passionate about serving community and protecting the environment.

Salary:  commencing at $3313.64 gross per fortnight.
