  • Accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, and in sharing expertise with other employees.
  • Ensure the appropriate application of established principles, and in particular apply specific expertise in design, development and testing of multiple complex hosted and embedded electronic hardware and software sub-systems.
  • Ensure that associated reporting and communication on progress/risks/delays/challenges is made promptly and is tailored to the target audience.
  • Understand and apply established electronic engineering methodologies, and draw upon expertise in the use of electronic CAD tools and software/firmware development environments in the application of such methodologies.
  • Maintain currency in the electronic engineering field and apply these skills to FTV and associated ground-based electronic systems design, development and testing activities.
  • Facilitate appropriate team direction by clearly communicating goals and objectives.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
