ISREW Branch is seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to contribute to the delivery and support of new and emerging technologies to the ADF.

ISREW Branch is recognised and respected as a centre of expertise and global leader in delivering and supporting capability solutions in the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, Electronic Warfare (ISREW) and Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar domains across the Electromagnetic Spectrum. 

The core business of ISREW Branch is to acquire, integrate and sustain ISREW and AESA radar capabilities; deliver Force Protection services; deliver support to classified programs; deliver ISREW Integration and Interoperability (i2) services; and deliver joint programs with key allied partners.

The Branch delivers systems that requires complex integration into other systems and/or onto platforms across all domains and provide a joint capability. These systems have to deal with a continuous change of asymmetric and symmetric threats and technologies, and the collection, distribution, processing and analysis of large amounts of classified and unclassified data.

An EL1 Systems Engineering Manager within ISREW Branch will have a range of engineering delegation on highly complex weapons systems for the ADF, and be responsible for the technical integrity of the engineering discipline within the Program.

The successful applicants will be part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of APS, military and contractor staff to ensure ISREW capabilities are delivered and supported in accordance with operational requirements, budget and service agreements to meet the ADF and current and future capability needs.
