East Gippsland Water (EGW) serves an area of 21,000 square kilometres in the far south east of Victoria, which boasts some of Australia's most diverse and spectacular scenery.

The region has a population of around 45,000 people, with water services provided to 25,700 customers and wastewater services provided to around 21,900 customers.

An exciting new opportunity is available for a professional and motivated individual to join our Capital & Service Delivery Team. This is a full-time ongoing role that will be based at the Bairnsdale Head Office.

The Treatment Optimisation Engineer will be responsible for coordinating a small team responsible for sampling and monitoring programs, as well as overseeing and recommending improvements to the water and wastewater quality management system to ensure that treatment processes operate efficiently.
