We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager – Commercial and Industrial Operations. This appointment will come down to the absolute right person for the role and for Red Energy in general. We’re open to experience, however we need someone who is either very experienced in the C&I retail energy space and is looking to step up to a leadership role, or someone who is very experienced in the people leadership space, willing and able to learn the complex C&I operations space.

The role is operationally responsible for a multimillion dollar portfolio of complex blue-chip customers who rely on us to get things right. It is also responsible for the leadership of 10  high performing team members who will look to you for your leadership and solid commercial decision making. As you may have realised already, it is a huge role but also highly rewarding.

Key to success in this role is your ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with absolute ownerships of the outcomes that you promise. You will be comfortable delivering deliberate pieces of communication at forums, events and meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders – they will look to you for the answers, your job is to make them feel comfortable that they are being well looked after by you and your capable team.

You will be experienced in interpreting commercial contracts and working within the terms of those contracts, to bring about commercial, yet customer focused, outcomes for the business and our customers.
