Facilities Maintenance - Minor Capital Works and Programs Officer

An opportunity to manage renewal and maintenance work programs for Councils buildings and structures such as childcare facilities, civic buildings, community use and public use facilities.
The roles are diverse and will require skills and experience in:
- Project Management
- Planning and organisation
- Scope development
- Stakeholder communication
- Tender administration
- Contract administration
- Works supervision

Candidates will require relevant qualifications in a building construction or maintenance related area or substantial and demonstrated experience in a similar role. Ideally you will be a community minded, and solution focused team player. Expertise in the areas of Electronic Access Control and CCTV systems or building sustainability will be highly regarded.
