The Shire of Esperance has recently been involved in some major transformational projects that have had significantly positive impacts on community infrastructure and lifestyle. With several exciting projects currently underway or being commenced, we require a dynamic and enthusiastic senior executive who will drive these projects and provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary work force. Senior management experience in local government is desirable.

Directorate overview

The Asset Management Directorate incorporates:

• Strong strategic leadership.
• Asset management planning for community infrastructure.
• Major project planning and delivery.

This position is offered on a fixed term contract of up to five years. A competitive remuneration package of up to $194,000 pa including super and vehicle and a cash component of up to $155,000 pa will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on relevant skills, qualifications and experience.
