About the role

Based in Engineering Services, you will provide exceptional operational leadership to the teams that deliver major civil and costal infrastructure projects and maintain the City's fleet services.

You have advanced project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple specialised projects from project initiation through to post construction review.  You have efficiently and effectively managed fleet services, ensuring that all fleet, plant and equipment assets are managed and maintained appropriately.  You are able to mentor and coach individuals to perform to higher standards, and actively encourage 'thinking outside the square'.  With strong experience in all four of the core requirements of leadership, technical expertise, financial acumen and HR management, you are committed to maintaining the currency of your knowledge of new technology, products and services. 

What we offer

This position offers a base annual cash salary of $93,715 plus a cash performance allowance of $13,199 and superannuation up to 14.5%.
