About the role

Based in Engineering Services, you will provide exceptional operational leadership to the teams that are focussed solely the maintenance of our City's civil infrastructure, keeping our roads and pathways safe, fit for purpose, and free from litter and graffiti.

You have extensive project management skills, enabling you to develop and schedule capital and operational programs that meet agreed service levels.  You have previous experience in coordinating a multidisciplinary professional team, including the mobility of external resources for those exceptional events that can occur.  You are able to mentor and coach individuals to perform to higher standards, and actively encourage 'thinking outside the square'.  With strong experience in all four of the core requirements of leadership, technical expertise, financial acumen and HR management, you are committed to maintain the currency of your knowledge of new technology, products and services. 

What we offer

This position offers a base annual cash salary of $93,715 plus a cash performance allowance of $20,799 and superannuation up to 14.5%.
