About the role

In this pivotal role, you will manage and facilitate the civil engineering component of land development and subdivisions.  In addition to providing engineering technical support and advice on land use planning and development, you will ensure the overall quality of our engineering standards are current and reflect best practice.

You have successfully attained your Degree in Civil Engineering and have been able to use this knowledge successfully in previous roles.  You have undertaken civil infrastructure investigation, evaluation, planning and design and, as a result, have successfully managed employees (team members), contractors, consultants and service providers.  With a strong understanding of the "Liveable Neighbourhoods" and "Austroads"publications, you are able to interpret and analyse technical data and solve complex engineering elements including urban water and transport considerations.  Committed to the ongoing professional development of yourself and your team, you possess strong leadership skills and a focus on excellent customer service. 

What we offer

This position offers a base annual cash salary of $93,715 plus a cash performance allowance of $7,299 and superannuation up to 14.5%.
