About the role

Based in Asset Services, you will provide exceptional operational leadership to the teams that deliver high quality and cost effective project and asset management services. 

You have advanced asset and project management skills, ensuring that the teams deliver projects within budget and on time.  You can demonstrate your highly developed knowledge of asset management principles by your ability to analyse data and write fit-for-purpose technical reports.  You are able to mentor and coach individuals to perform to higher standards, and actively encourage 'thinking outside the square'.  You will ensure that the teams deliver projects within budget and timeframes, and identify funding opportunities for City projects.  With strong experience in all four of the core requirements of leadership, technical expertise, financial acumen and HR management, you are committed to maintain the currency of your knowledge of new technology, products and services. 

What we offer

This position offers a base annual cash salary of $93,715 plus a cash performance allowance of $13,199 and superannuation of up to 14.5%.
