About the role and you
This position suits a highly motivated, organised, and efficient administration professional looking for a long-term role.  This role will primarily support the CEO in an EA/PA capacity but will also provide admin assistance to the CFO and the ARRB Board of directors as required. 

You will work closely with two energetic and easy-going executives helping to manage their ever-changing busy schedules.  With busy schedules, they will look to you to keep them organised and on schedule. 

As well as supporting two Senior executives, this role will require you to build strong relationships internally and externally to allow you to quickly develop rapport with dignitaries both locally and internationally.  In turn you will also receive amazing support from the Senior Executives who truly care about the well-being of ARRB staff.

In this position you will be responsible for:
• Diary, email and travel management
• Meeting management
• Corporate client liaison including relationship building
• Recording and preparing minutes and agendas
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Expense claims preparation
• Undertake ad-hoc project work as directed 

We seek an individual who has:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior PA or EA role
• The ability to work unsupervised and who possess a high level of self-motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with all levels of staff internally and externally
• Good attention to detail and is highly organised
• Experience dealing with incoming correspondence, and prepare and send outgoing correspondence often on behalf of the manager
• Experience producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Experience organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Good grooming and presentation essential
