The City is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead its Project Management Office.
 
The position will provide strategic leadership and management of the City’s signature projects while providing advice to inform and improve business performance by Council’s Executive team.
 
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the following skills:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Accounting, Commerce, Economics and/or equivalent from a recognised institution;
  • Extensive experience in major capital works delivery, and project management from scoping to implementation and benefits realisation; and
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution and skills and the ability to empower and motivate staff.
Reporting to the General Manager City Living, this position is perfect for someone with a demonstrated track record of leading innovative projects using best practice project management methodologies and frameworks.
