Do you have a can do attitude who uses initiative, works collaboratively and looks for creative solutions? The City is seeking a talented Registered Building Surveyor who will lead the Building Services team to deliver high quality assessments and provide accurate and user-friendly technical advice.

As the Building Services Coordinator you must have exceptional interpersonal skills which allow you to work effectively with property owners, builders and City staff alike, as well as leading and supervising a team. You will be responsible for ensuring the City meets its statutory obligations and compliance with relevant building legislation. You will have an opportunity to be involved in the  development of a range of compliance and building programs and assist in the education and promotion of building compliance within our community.

You must have demonstrated experience as a Building Surveyor, with Local Government experience looked upon favourably.
