We are looking for Intermediate to Senior level Stormwater Engineers to join our Auckland Environmental Engineering team.

You would be responsible for:

• Providing technical advice and the effective management of clients, staff and projects.
• Carrying out investigations, analysis and consulting services for clients on assigned projects including preparing reports and other documents.
• Taking a lead role in the planning of projects including project management to correctly scope out projects, with appropriate inputs, outputs and verification activities
• Working with a national team of environmental engineers, expanding and growing environmental engineering related work.
• Building client relationships and developing opportunities through marketing, raising your profile and offering excellent service delivery.

You would need to have the following skills / experience:

• Relevant degree in Engineering with a specialisation in hydraulics
• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in stormwater or environmental engineering discipline.
• Experience in low impact design, stormwater reticulation design, dentition and treatment design, culvert design, open channel design.
• Knowledge of catchment management planning, hydrological studies, stream restoration and enhancement design, open channel design is desirable.

The Auckland office is a main design centre and provides an opportunity to be involved with a wide range of work including water and wastewater reticulation, water and wastewater treatment, stormwater treatment/reticulation, catchment management plans and asset management.
