ABOUT THE ROLE

Our highly experienced Project Team is dedicated to the delivery of Construction Projects within Council. 

Moreland City Council’s Building Project Unit has recently completed the $27 million Oak Park Sports & Aquatic Precinct with projects of similar scale underway and a portfolio of $200 million value of future projects.

You will be working within a team of Project Managers where you will be responsible for the management of construction projects from Master Planning to Defect Liability Period.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE 

  • Demonstrated experience in the construction industry and in managing building projects
  • A degree qualification relevant to construction of building projects
  • Project management qualifications are desirable
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills
