Facilities and Building Maintenance Officer

Permanent Full-Time

Council is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities and Building Maintenance Officer to assist with the management of building maintenance and minor capital works in an effective and efficient manner.

You will co-ordinate all programmed and reactive maintenance and manage other Capital Works items for all Council owned or controlled buildings, ensuring all buildings under Council control are maintained to an acceptable standard.

Your talent, energy and professional skills will provide you with opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to the delivery of significant projects throughout the shire.
