About the Company:

A well recognised European civil construction and engineering company with a range of projects across borders with over 10,000 employees. They are seeking experienced Project Engineers with civil construction experience for a major civil rail project located in Melbourne’s West. 

About the role:

• Preparation of Project Plans concentrating on the railway division
• Leading and organising of People, Plant and Equipment for the project
• Management of parts the project and liaison with the Project Teams
• Ensuring that the Project Team works safely and that the results meet the Contractual quality requirements
• Building a quality relationship with the client
• Delivering prestigious projects together with the project teams and your colleagues

About you:

• Qualification in construction/civil/mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project engineering within a construction contractor
• Experience with Railway construction and relevant work methods
• Effective communicator with external and internal stakeholders
• Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines
• Passionate about safety, customer focus, teamwork, honesty and integrity
