The Goulburn Broken CMA is excited to be calling for applications from passionate NRM professionals to join our successful and growing organisation. With anticipated growth over the coming year across our operations, we are establishing a pool of professionals to draw on as these vacancies arise – this is a great opportunity to join our proud and dedicated workforce and contribute to looking after our catchment.

We will be looking for enthusiastic and committed team members with a strong motivation to protect and enhance our environment and community, who have a background in NRM coupled with strong project management skills and a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Projects and activities these positions may deliver could include:

• Climate Change adaptation and carbon sequestration
• Riparian health
• Biodiversity conservation
• Floodplain management 
• Community engagement

Positions currently available for talent pool applications:

• Senior NRM Officer: Utilising your experience in delivering NRM projects and initiatives you will oversee and deliver broad and complex services and projects across the Goulburn Broken Catchment to ensure the GB CMA makes a difference to catchment health and delivers in accordance with the Regional Catchment Strategy, legislative and regulatory requirements. 
• NRM Officer: With a passion for delivering projects, you will use your NRM expertise to deliver quality outcomes in accordance with objectives and projects plans that deliver on strategy/ies relevant to the Program area. 

Applicants successful in meeting the selection criteria will be added to the talent poll for potential vacancies available over the next 12month period, that may be ongoing or fixed term, full-time or part-timey and based from any of our office locations – Shepparton, Benalla and Yea. As vacancies arise talent pool candidates will be considered and a further assessment, relevant to the specific role, may occur.
