Just imagine your future with us…

At Aurecon we see the future through a very different lens. Do you?

Innovation, eminence and digital are at the heart of everything we do. Are you excited about the future?

Are you driven by the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and complex projects around the world and to learn from the best? We are.

Diversity is at the core of everything we do. We work together to create a culture based on respect, trust and inclusiveness. Our differences are what fuel our creativity.

We embrace flexible working and are always open to discussing your individual needs so that you get to create your own experience with us.

What will you do?

Work with our client's strategic decision makers to address their most pressing risks and realise their most compelling opportunities relating to energy. You will need to be able to consider complex problems from the perspectives of our clients and their customers to deliver practical solutions that balance their energy needs as relating to reliability, sustainability, and commerciality.

This role will sit within our Sydney team to support Aurecon's growth strategy blueprint. You will take an active role in growing Aurecon's Future Energy market share in the NSW by leveraging our existing NSW-based client relationships and building new relationships.

You will need to undertake business development activities, motivate and lead others, be self-directed in managing your workload across multiple projects and commitments, while also being able to integrate into teams for larger projects.

You will be outcomes focused and identify where you and your team can provide the most value, which will allow you to identify opportunities with clients. Engagements you work on will include the development of strategies, roadmaps, due diligence, business cases, optioneering studies, high level concepts, cost estimates and market analysis. You will work with clients that are large energy users, energy producers, investors, government organisations and utilities.
