This global consultancy works with a range of blue chip private clients and government bodies, within the buildings, civil infrastructure, and water industries. Operating across Australia, and with large office basis around the world, they continue to secure repeat business based on their ability to provide first class design and project management solutions. Having been involved in some of the most iconic projects around Australia and internationally, they are looking to strengthen their WA business with an addition of Principal Structural Engineer.

In this diverse role, you will be involved in project delivery and management, business development and stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of junior engineers. With support of interstate and international offices, this key position will give you the opportunity to input into the strategic direction of the business, and ensure new business opportunities are maximised. Your project portfolio will be a mix of buildings projects across high rise residential, commercial, healthcare and institutional buildings.

You are a technical proficient structural engineer with strong stakeholder engagement and business development skills. You have extensive experience in the WA Buildings industry, having worked for key engineering consultancies, developing a strong client network in Perth. You have proven leadership skills, both in managing design teams, and in mentoring and developing team members. Chartered status is preferred however not essential.
