Salary from $108,313.40 to $125,643.95 plus superannuation

About the Role:
The Coordinator Infrastructure Maintenance ensures the implementation of strategic business strategies to drive the operational direction of the roads and drainage maintenance teams.

Your people management skills together with the drive to embed continual improvement and best practice across the team will be essential to take the maintenance teams forward. A strong customer focus aligned with business acumen are essential. Your passion for innovation and navigating solutions within a fast paced and complex environment whilst managing a variety of stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Essential Criteria:
•Bachelor degree qualification in Civil Engineering / Business Administration / or lesser formal qualification with extensive talent development and managerial experience leading large teams.
•Previous experience in leading and managing a team to inspire and motivate a team culture of continuous improvement.
•High level of communication skills, with superb writing and editorial skills, particularly the ability to distil complex ideas into accessible internal and external communications to a diverse audience in a clear, fluent and concise manner.
•Solid problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, collaborate with management and implement solutions.
•Demonstrated ability to provide team members with fair and consistent feedback and apply coaching and mentoring skills to enhance individual and team performance.
•Demonstrated strong negotiation and mediation skills in an environment with a diverse range of complex customer enquiries.
•Demonstrated management skills within a Civil Works environment including financial management, planning and delivery through to evaluation and monitoring.
•Demonstrated experience to develop operational service delivery models/frameworks with successful
•implementation in a fast-paced operational environment.
•Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in proactively implementing a continuous improvement business model.
•Professional experience in workforce management/resource planning, reporting or statistics.
•Current NSW Drivers Licence
