About the Role
The Energy Engineer is responsible for monitoring and analysis of client energy data to identify efficiency improvements; create carbon and energy offsets and certificates; to solve energy problems identified by clients and through own analysis; and preparing concise energy performance reports. The position will also support other areas of the business as required including, design, installation and configuration of energy management systems, the delivery of engineering consultancy projects.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or equivalent discipline.
- An appreciation and respect for technical innovation
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Initiative with data collection, manipulation, and management.
- Experience scripting in Python and VBA
- An understanding of energy use and energy markets in Australia.
- Excellent data analysis and report writing skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
