Organisations across a variety of industries are beginning to address the lacking representation of women in senior leadership positions. Although progressive organisations are finally recognising the value of diversity, 80% of the Energy and Resources workforce are men, with
very few women are represented in executive leadership positions.

To accelerate career progression, existing and emerging leaders in this sector must develop their ability to lead through adversity, realise their authentic leadership style and progress with resilience.

Liquid Learning is proud to present the 8th Women in Energy & Resources Leadership Summit. This event will provide a much needed source of inspiration for women looking to create a network of peers in the Energy and Resources sector. Hear from of Australia’s most accomplished leaders as they reflect on key challenges and significant lessons learned throughout their careers. They'll share what it took for them to exceed expectations and achieve greatness.
