Civil and mining engineering company Briety has been awarded a $15 million contract to deliver an access road project for Atlas Mining’s Abydos Mine Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.

The work will include bulk earthworks, drainage and pavement layers and is due to start later this month and is scheduled for completion by the end of June.

“Our proven ability to deliver civil projects for our clients in the Pilbara has demonstrated the strong capability of our construction teams, which has helped underpin this new and important relationship with Atlas Iron Ore,” Briety’s Managing Director Peter McBain said.
