Manager Infrastructure and Capital Delivery

The role of the Manager Infrastructure and Capital Delivery will see you take on significant capital and operational budget as well as lead the strategy and delivery of key community outcomes for Darebin. Keys to success in this role will be your ability to plan, design and deliver Council’s capital works program and icon projects, manage the engineering function of Council, and lead the ongoing development of consistent best practice project management methodologies across the organisation.
The role requires excellent leadership, management, communication and negotiation skills, high level budget, project management, and community engagement and consultation skills. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and the community will be critical to your success. To secure this role, you will hold a degree in Civil Engineering or relevant equivalent, and a proven track record in the successful management of complex and diverse Capital Works Programs and/or Major Projects.
